Finally! Anyone who knows me knows that I am a big procrastinator. After almost four years in business and so many requests for a website, Gods plan finally came through! Which brings me back to anyone who knows me knows that I am a laid back girl with no idea what she wants. Not a great combination, right? I have attempted this whole website deal plenty of times and started telling myself, “You aren’t good enough for this. You aren’t smart enough for this. Do you have time for this?” I have been so negative with myself about this whole thing ever since the first time it was brought up. I know what you’re thinking.. it’s just a website! That it is, what am I stressing about? I am stressing about that I am only creative when it comes to what I am good at, and that is my photography. <\/p>\n

I am so thankful for my virtual friend group.<\/h2>\n

When I first set out on this whole website journey, I was trying to put something together that looked nothing like what I wanted and mix in there that I really had no idea what I really wanted at all, you can imagine that it did not work out so well.  That brings me to the present…how did this website turn out so beautiful?  Well, as a photographer there are many groups that I am part of on Facebook with the photo community.  One of the girls on one of my groups is a friend of mine and a few weeks ago she posted something about her brand new website.  I immediately got in touch with her and asked her how she did it.  She told me about her designer Emma over at Emma Rose Designs<\/a>.  It turns out that Emma was actually part of the same Facebook group as me and I didn’t even know it!  As soon as I got her information I emailed her right away.  She was able to put an idea in my head within the first day when it took me nearly three years to even make this decision to get a new website.  I am so thankful for my virtual friend group and how much support the photography business has for one another.  The piece that made working with Emma that much more special is that she is also a phenomenal photographer herself.  She was able to relate to me and my own business, which translated into what this website has become.  It was so fun getting to know her and seeing all her talents!  She took this photo of her office and my new website that I thought would be fun to share with you all!  Emma’s style as a designer is very clean, classy and beautiful…exactly what I was looking for with my new site!<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

I hope you guys enjoy this website as much as I do!
